Zeeshan Ansari is a young leg-break bowler from Uttar Pradesh. The youngster was a part of India’s squad in the 2016 ICC Men’s U19 World Cup and climbed up the ranks with strong performances at the domestic level. That helped him secure an INR 40 Lakh deal with Sunrisers Hyderabad in the TATA IPL 2025 Mega Auction. Zeeshan had a promising start, dismissing three key players of the Delhi line-up - Jake Fraser-McGurk, Faf du Plessis and KL Rahul. Overall, he featured in 10 games in the season. Known for toppling batters with googlies and an uncanny ability to bowl at the death for a wrist-spinner, Zeeshan was retained by SRH for TATA IPL 2026.
